Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are processed and shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
USA Local Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Handling returns is an essential part of running a business. EzGlobalshoping is here to help! We have put together the following steps to make this process easier for shoppers within the USA:
- In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request, contact our Customer Support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the evidence if required (screenshots will do).
- After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 14460 Myford Rd, Irvine, CA 92606, USA.
- You must return the product and provide a tracking number.
- Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.
- In order for EzGlobalShoping to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned.
International Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
